Thanks for visiting our site!  The sole purpose of the Foundation is: “to extend financial support to St Stephens Indian Mission and its various religious, charitable and educational programs and other services conducted primarily for the benefit of the Arapaho and Shoshone Tribes on the Wind River Reservation.”
